Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All products are custom-made to order and require 3-7 business days for production before shipping. Production time is separate from shipping time and begins after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $100: $4.90 - $8.00 (depending on item weight and destination)
• Orders $100 and above: FREE SHIPPING

Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

• Production: 3-7 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (after production)
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (after production)

Example: A standard order may take 6-12 business days total from order placement to delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Custom Production

Since all items are made-to-order specifically for you, orders cannot be expedited beyond our standard production timeframe.
